We noticed that brilliant local businesses were being let down by slow, dated, hard-to-use websites — and that the usual fix (an agency) was too expensive, too slow, and too full of meetings. So we built a simpler way.

We only use public business information to build your preview, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. It's your business — and your data.
What it means in plain English
On the Launch plan, you have 30 days from purchase to ask for your money back if your new website isn't delivering what we promised and we can't put it right. No lawyers, no runaround. We'd rather refund a customer than keep one who isn't happy.
What's covered (fair use)
The guarantee covers the website we built and the service we said we'd provide, within 30 days of purchase on the Launch plan. It's offered in good faith for genuine dissatisfaction — not for things outside our control (like a change of mind about being in business). The All-in (Monthly) plan has a 12-month minimum term and isn't refundable. We'll always be reasonable and human about it.

Where we got your details (Article 14)
If we contacted you before you contacted us, we obtained your business contact details from public business listings and directories and from your business's own public website, on or around the date we reached out. We use them only to show you a relevant website preview and tell you about our service.
Your right to object (Article 21)
You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing at any time. Email {{support_email}} or use the unsubscribe link in any message and we will stop and delete your details promptly.
US / CAN-SPAM
Our marketing emails identify us truthfully, include our physical postal address (the registered office above), and honour opt-out requests promptly.
Retention & processors
Prospect data is kept for up to 12 months by default unless you object sooner. We share data only with processors who help us run the service: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting/delivery), our analytics provider, and DeepSeek (powering the chat assistant). Some processors may transfer data internationally under appropriate safeguards.
Your rights & complaints

1. Parties
These terms are between you (the customer) and EMARKSS LTD (Companies House No. 16181893), registered office 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom, trading as Go EMARKSS.
2. The service
We design, build, host and launch a modern website for your business, and provide ongoing edits and support as described on our Features page.
3. Plans, prices & term
Two plans are offered: Launch (a one-off setup fee plus a monthly fee) and All-in (monthly only). Prices are shown at checkout. The All-in (Monthly) plan has a minimum term of 12 months. The Launch plan may be cancelled anytime; the one-off setup fee is non-refundable after the 30-day money-back period.
4. Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly fees recur automatically. You authorise these charges when you check out.
5. Refunds & money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Launch (Hybrid) plan: if you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase and we cannot put matters right, we refund your setup fee. The All-in (Monthly) plan is non-refundable and carries a 12-month minimum term. See the Guarantee page. Requests are handled in good faith and are not a licence to obtain the service free.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel the Launch plan anytime, or the All-in (Monthly) plan after its 12-month minimum term, by contacting us. Your site remains live until the end of the paid period.
7. Edits (fair use)
Reasonable everyday edits are included. Large new work may be quoted separately. "Fair use" means normal small-business updates, not continuous redevelopment.
8. Domain & intellectual property
You own your content and your domain. On full payment, you receive a licence to use the website build we create for you. We retain rights to our underlying tools and templates.
9. Warranties, liability & law
The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. We may update these terms and will post changes here.
